Dos and Don’ts of our Blog Bible Study

Do make a commitment to yourself and to God to be in His word every single day.
Do pray before you read the passage each day, and ask God to show you what He wants you to learn.
Do print off the daily readings and keep them handy in your bible.
Do read the passage before you come to the blog (if you read the questions first, you may be influenced by that rather than by the Holy Spirit).
Don’t be afraid to share what God showed you in the passage, even if it has nothing to do with one of the application questions.
Don’t feel like you have to respond every day, but…
Do participate! You will get more out of the study, and who knows who you might minister to by sharing your thoughts.
Don’t let Satan distract you. He is gonna try. Don’t let him!
Do let others know how God is working in your life, not just on this blog, but everywhere you go.
Do remember: each day there will be a paragraph or two from me, but the principles and the application questions come from the BSF material. If you would like to learn more about BSF, there is a link to their website on the bottom right of this page.
Do be excited to be in God’s word all summer! I am!
